Payment Methods

We accept payments by PayPal, all major credit cards via Stripe and payments by bank transfer. Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders. At SunCatcher, we only charge you for goods you have ordered and will dispatch them as soon as possible. In the rare occasion you have ordered items we do not have in stock, we will try our best to send your goods as fast as possible. If for some reason, we can’t fulfil your order, you’ll be notified either by email or telephone.

FRAUD PREVENTION

At SunCatcher we use various security checks to ensure we combat any fraudulent attempts to purchase. These remain at our discretion and we reserve the right to carry out any security checks as we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to refuse service. Any person placing orders deemed to be fraudulent will be prosecuted.
